When you're looking to feed a crowd, we make it easy! Choose the simple pricing and just let us know how many you need to feed. Or, if you know exactly how much you'll need of which items, pull it off the à la carte pricing.

Because we're always trying to use the freshest possible meat and produce, and always trying to keep things exciting, the menu will change with the seasons and from time to time. If you're looking for a specific option or item (like grilled corn or peaches), just ask us what's new! And, once in a while, we'll have something off the "super secret" menu, like shrimp & grits or smoked salmon. These items won't be around often, but when they are, we'll say so on our Twitter feed.

Simple Pricing

$25 per person including food service, or
$20 per person without food service.
10% discount for orders serving 40 or more folks

Meats - One pound or rack serves 2-3 folks/pound
Glazed Smoked Chicken Thighs
Lucious chicken thighs, dusted with paprika and spices, smoked and glazed with honey.
Pit Roasted Half Chicken
Half a chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper, roasted over hard wood coals.
Smoked Whole Hog (when available)
Whole hog, slow smoked and roasted, mopped with Red Shift Sauce, chopped and finished with light vinegar.
Smoked Pulled Pork
Pork shoulder (Boston Butt), dry rubbed with Egg-Cadian Rub, slow smoked, glazed with beer and butter, pulled into long strands that melt in your mouth.
Double Smoked Andouille Sausage
Smoked pork shoulder, chopped, combined with onions, spices, and white wine, stuffed into natural casings, air dried, and finally cold smoked with apple wood.
Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf
Hearty and flavor-packed meatloaf, wrapped in bacon, smoked, and glazed with Eggistential Barbecue Sauce.
Smoked & Sauced Spareribs (full rack)
Full and tender spareribs, slow smoked, then braised in beer and butter, finally glazed with Eggistential Sauce and grilled for full caramelization.
Smoked Beef Brisket
Whole beef brisket, seasoned with salt and pepper, smoked for hours and hours, served as sliced flat or chopped point.
Sides - One pound serves 2-4 folks
5-Dimensional Mac & Cheese
5-D? The four dimensions of space-time are not enough to contain this mac & cheese! Also stands for "five dairy" from the milk and four kinds of cheese.
Southern-Style Collard Greens
Collard greens (or others, in season), braised in stock with bacon.
Skillet Fried Cornbread
Rustic cornbread (just cornmeal, buttermilk, eggs, butter, and salt), fried in a cast iron skillet over hot coals.
Bacon & Potato Salad
Baby red potatoes with bacon, green onions, and celery, seasoned with Egg-Cadian Rub in a velvety cream sauce.
Apple Cranberry Slaw
Designed to accompany our pork dishes, this is matchstick sliced apples, cabbage, and cranberries in a light vinegar sauce.
Grilled Vegetables
Seasonal veggies like zucchini and corn on the cob, grilled over hard wood coals, served with chili-lime sauce.
